Dylan Vokey

Dylan Vokey is the Founder & Principal of ReconCFO, where he helps early-stage founders build finance functions that scale. He also leads TilesInspired, one of Canada’s top online tile retailers, which he co-founded in 2018. Prior to entrepreneurship, Dylan worked at BCG and KPMG, advising Fortune 500s across retail, building materials, and consumer goods. That experience now informs his dual mission: building durable companies and helping others do the same. Dylan holds an MBA from Kellogg, a BBA from Simon Fraser University, and is a CPA, CA. Outside work, he’s an Arsenal loyalist and loves spending time with his family.
